Booking Policy
Leon Detailing is a mobile-only detailing service. All work is carried out by prior appointment at a suitable agreed location.
How to book
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your vehicle details, postcode/service address and the package or result you are interested in. A booking is confirmed only when Leon Detailing confirms the date, service, location and quotation with you.
Mobile service area
We are based in Peterborough and provide mobile detailing in Peterborough and surrounding areas. Availability for your postcode is confirmed before the appointment.
Service location
The vehicle must be at a safe, legal and reasonably suitable location with enough room to work around it. Any particular access or service requirements will be discussed before the appointment.
Arrival and access
Please ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed time and that we can access it as arranged. If access is delayed or unavailable, the service may need to be shortened, rearranged or requoted depending on the circumstances.
Weather and unsuitable conditions
Outdoor mobile detailing depends on conditions being safe and suitable for the selected service. If weather or location conditions would compromise safety or the quality of the work, we may discuss an alternative location or rearrange the appointment.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm any applicable rescheduling or cancellation terms when the booking is made. Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
Distance and off-premises cancellation rights
Some consumer bookings made by phone, message or away from our business premises may carry statutory cancellation rights. If you ask us to start work within any applicable cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly request early performance and acknowledge that you may need to pay for the proportion of the service supplied before cancellation.
Vehicle condition and quotation changes
Your quotation is based on the information available before the appointment. If the vehicle's actual size, condition, contamination, staining or defects are materially different from what was described, we will discuss any change to the scope or price before carrying out additional chargeable work.
