These terms apply to mobile detailing services supplied by LEON DETAILING LTD. They should be read together with the Booking Policy and Privacy Policy.

The registered office is not a customer studio. Services are mobile and supplied at a suitable agreed location by appointment.
Quotations and scope
Website prices are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. A quotation may vary according to vehicle size, condition, level of soiling, paint defects, specialist finishes, access and the work requested. The agreed service and price will be confirmed before the appointment.
Customer responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information about the vehicle and any known issues relevant to the work.
- You must have authority to authorise work on the vehicle.
- The agreed service location must be safe, lawful and reasonably suitable for mobile detailing, with enough room to work around the vehicle.
- You should remove valuables and personal items that may obstruct interior work.
- Any location-specific access or utility requirements will be agreed before the appointment where relevant.
Vehicle condition and results
Detailing improves and protects a vehicle but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, odour, defect or imperfection. Results depend on the existing condition, materials, paint history and previous damage or repairs. We will not knowingly carry out a process we consider unsuitable for the vehicle.
Pre-existing damage
Existing chips, scratches, corrosion, loose trim, failing paint, damaged upholstery, electrical faults or other defects may become more visible during cleaning or correction. Where appropriate, we may record vehicle condition before work begins.
Mobile service, access and weather
Because services are mobile, weather, unsafe ground, restricted access or other unsuitable conditions may prevent work from being carried out to the required standard. In those circumstances we may agree an alternative location or rearrange the appointment.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments are governed by our Booking Policy. Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or consumer rights that apply by law. If you specifically ask us to begin a service during any applicable statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to make an express request and acknowledge that payment may be due for work already supplied if you later cancel.
Payment
Payment arrangements and any amount due will be confirmed with the quotation or appointment. If additional work becomes advisable after we inspect the vehicle, we will seek your agreement before carrying out chargeable additional work.
Photography and portfolio use
We may photograph a vehicle to record condition or completed work. We will ask for appropriate permission before using identifiable customer material for marketing where required. Registration plates displayed in our website portfolio are obscured where visible as a privacy measure.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you believe there is a problem with the service, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
